经过长达数月的评估过程，由 GRF、Third 和 United 董事、共同会员和 VMS 员工组成的 GRF 信息技术咨询委员会 (ITAC) 调查了各种 ERP 软件，并选择 Microsoft Dynamics 365 作为新的基于云的平台。

ITAC 及其员工投入了大量时间对三款产品进行评估。最终选定的产品经调查显示，其对我们的运营而言评价最高。ITAC 之所以选择 Microsoft Dynamics 365，是因为它是一家稳定且知名的公司出品的优秀 ERP 系统，拥有无限的定制可能性，能够与第三方软件集成，并且易于最终用户使用，界面直观友好。

2月28日（星期一），2号泳池将因年度维护而关闭，4号泳池将重新开放。2号泳池重新开放供居民使用后，其早间泳池预订将重新开放。1号、4号和5号泳池无需预订。

GRF 董事会已批准新的泳池开放时间。

• 1号泳池：冬季开放时间为上午8点至下午5点；夏季开放时间为上午7点至下午7点
• 2号泳池：冬季开放时间为上午 7 点至下午 6 点；夏季开放时间为上午 7 点至下午 6 点
• 4号泳池：冬季开放时间为上午8点至晚上9点；夏季开放时间为上午7点至晚上10点
• 5号泳池：冬季开放时间为上午 6 点至下午 6 点；夏季开放时间为上午 6 点至晚上 9 点
• 6 号泳池：冬季关闭；夏季开放时间为中午 12 点至下午 6 点

花园中心通道

自3月8日起，花园中心1号门的门禁密码将更改。所有园丁都将通过电子邮件收到新的密码。请勿将此密码透露给除注册合作伙伴以外的任何人。 

此外，自3月8日起，花园中心2的园丁和注册合作伙伴可以使用带有RFID传感器的居民身份证进入。如果您需要将RFID传感器添加到您的身份证件中，请联系居民服务部，电话：949-597-4600，或发送电子邮件至 residentservices@vmsinc.org 或访问位于 24351 El Toro Road 的社区中心。

California’s most recent wildfire season is putting pressure on insurance companies to reduce coverage to homeowners, possibly impacting roughly 14 million Californians living in more than 49,000 community associations.

“As the market for fire insurance tightens and policies become more expensive or nonexistent, boards will struggle to meet their obligations under the governing documents to obtain insurance, at least not without significant assessment increases to cover rising premiums,” says Matt D. Ober, partner at Richardson Ober DeNichilo in Pasadena, Calif., and a fellow in the Community Associations Institute’s (CAI) College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL).

According to Joel W. Meskin, managing director of community association products at McGowan Program Administrators in Fairview Park, Ohio, and a CCAL fellow, the only solution for insurance companies right now is to significantly increase premiums, meaning that boards will have to either significantly raise assessments, levy a special assessment to fund the fire insurance premiums or go without coverage, which is impossible.

Come February 15, California will lift the statewide indoor mask mandate. Read on to learn what this will mean for life in the Village.

• Board and committee meetings will return to a hybrid format, with attendance offered both in person and virtually. • All VMS employees will continue to wear masks through at least March 1.
