Easy Rider 单日行程变更

为了更好地服务于参加 5 月 4 日星期三下午 1 点在 Clubhouse 1 举行的第三届也是最后一届 Age Well 市政厅会议的居民，Easy Rider 公交系统将把司机的用餐时间调整为下午 1 点至 1:30 之间。这一调整方便了参加会议的居民，并允许他们在中午 12 点至下午 1 点之间前往 Clubhouse 1

Discover the joy and health benefits in movement with two new Laura Fremont classes. Laura’s career as a dancer, choreographer, teacher and movement mentor spanned over 30 years in Los Angeles, throughout the United States and abroad where she has instructed and mentored youths and adults. Let’s dance!

Contemporary Jazz

The contemporary jazz class includes stretching and strengthening warmups, progressive movement phrases, groovy dance routines and more. Expand your range of motion, enliven your joint functionality, enhance your brain power and engage your creative spirit. The contemporary jazz class begins Wednesday, May 11, at 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the Clubhouse 5 Fitness Room. Purchase a punch card at the Clubhouse 5 office or Community Center Recreation office. The first class is free, $25 for five classes.

Tap Dance and Rhythms

What’s more fun than listening to music from your favorite decades? Tap dancing to these beloved tunes! Standing, sitting, using your assistive rocker or cane—as long as you feel the beat, you’re tap dancing. This class includes a basic warmup and easy exercise, rhythms to stretch your mind and inner dancer, and a routine to engage your creative/performance skills. Stay an additional 20 minutes to challenge your dance with speed and augmented moves. A new Wednesday tap dance and rhythms class begins May 11 and will be offered in the Clubhouse 5 Fitness Room weekly at 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The Thursday class already underway since January meets weekly at 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Purchase a punch card at the Clubhouse 5 office or Community Center Recreation office. The first class is free, $25 for five classes.

2022 年乡村健康与保健博览会将于 4 月 23 日星期六在 Clubhouse 5 举行，从上午 10 点开始，下午 2 点结束。娱乐和特别活动部的工作人员将在现场宣传即将举行的课程和活动，赞助商将设立展位并提供讲座，还有更多！MemorialCare 的医生和护士将在现场讨论各种专业的进展，包括心脏病学和关节置换。此外，还将举办一场关于心理健康和应对疫情后遗症的讲座。

博览会入场免费。免费食品和新鲜果汁以及赞助商赠品将免费提供，送完即止。在“赞助商护照”上印有赞助商姓名首字母的与会者可以提交其文件以换取抽奖奖品。

As a courtesy service for residents who have expressed difficulty placing trash in CR&R’s new bins, which are about 6 inches taller than the previous bins, the company is providing low-profile bins free of charge to Village residents who request them. 

The previous Waste Management bins had low-profile casters, but they were very difficult to move and are not available on the market. CR&R is manufacturing their own low-profile bins.

为庆祝地球月，40 座 8 英尺长的幼鲸雕像被分散在奥兰治县各地，这些雕像均有插图，均被亲切地称为“Stella”。这是奥兰治县市政水务局 (MWDOC)、该县、奥兰治县保护队和当地非营利组织怀兰基金会领导的大型活动的一部分。

这项名为“希望之流”的活动旨在通过艺术提高公众对当地流域保护和健康的认识和教育。

为了纪念地球月，拉古纳伍兹艺术协会与埃尔托罗水务区 (ETWD)、艺术家 Wyland 和 MWDOC 合作绘制了一头斯特拉鲸鱼，并将其暂时展示在社区中心。

拉古纳伍兹艺术协会的斯特拉作品即将抵达（敬请关注其确切抵达时间），并将持续展出约一个月，直至五月中旬。在ETWD短暂展出后，斯特拉将返回协会收藏并展出。
