Pick up lottery cards in the recreation office or email a reservation request to recreation@vmsinc.org. Return completed lottery cards/requests to the recreation office by 5 p.m. Monday, June 17. Participants will be notified of secured reservations by September 1.
Lottery Info and Venue Availability
- One event per card/request
- Limit of four cards/requests per club/manor
- Clubhouses 1, 2, 5 and 7 are open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Performing Arts Center/Clubhouse 3 is open for limited hours
- Clubhouse 6 is currently closed for reservations
- Weekly/monthly lottery requests for music practices, card game socials, Bible studies and more are now accepted but will be processed after all single-date special-event lottery submissions are processed; limit of one weekly/monthly card/request per manor
When Requesting Your 2025 Reservation
Please include the following information when requesting your 2025 reservation: Your name and manor number, club/organization (if applicable), phone number, resident ID number, event type, number of attendees, preferred room, event date and time (including prep and cleanup).
