We want to make you aware of a current outage affecting the DwellingLIVE system, which is used to manage guest gate passes and vehicle registrations in Laguna Woods Village.
At this time, DwellingLIVE is experiencing a hosting issue on their end. This is a system-wide outage and is not related to Village systems or operations.
What This Means
New gate passes cannot be created at this time (including by residents, Resident Services and Gate Ambassadors).
Vehicle registrations and RFID activations or deactivations cannot be processed.
What Is Still Working
Existing gate passes remain valid, and active RFIDs are functioning as expected.
We do not yet have an estimated time for restoration.
DwellingLIVE is actively working to resolve the issue, and we will share updates as they become available.
We understand this may cause inconvenience, especially heading into the weekend, and we appreciate your patience while this issue is being addressed.
