The Laguna Woods Village emergency operations plan aligns with industry standard protocols and addresses the specific threats the Village may face.

Update your emergency notification record online or by printing and completing the form below. Return this form to Resident Services in the Community Center. Updating your notification record allows the Village to deliver time-sensitive emergency messages via phone or email.

If you have a lost or found item in the Village, call 949-597-4435 or email lostandfound@vmsinc.org. Residents can expect a response within 48 hours.

High-value lost and found items such as phones, keys and wallets are stored in the Security office for 30 days, otherwise items are stored at the locations they are found.

Residents who suspect a community rule violation has occurred may complete a form, available at the Community Center or via the link below. Common violations include occupancy violations, clutter and noise or nuisance complaints.

The voluntary bicycle registration program raises bicycle theft awareness and reduces the number of unrecovered bicycles throughout the Village.

RV Parking is not permitted in residential areas, except during loading and unloading. Two RV storage lots provide space for residents to park trucks, trailers, vans, boats and other recreational vehicles. Call Security Services staff at 949-268-2284 for more information.

Disaster Preparedness Task Force (DPTF) volunteers, who function under GRF and in cooperation with the Security Services Department, aim to keep residents aware, informed and prepared for major disasters.
