The Community Services Division, located within the Resident Services offices, offers an array of services for current and prospective members from memberships and trust transfers to occupancies and leasing. Whether you are looking to buy, sell or lease a unit in United Laguna Woods Mutual or Third Laguna Hills Mutual, obtain a caregiver, request approval for an occupant to reside with you or change your address, the Community Services Division is here to help and answer questions about the necessary requirements.

Leasing
The leasing team assists current or prospective residents lease or sublease units.
Leasing specialists process United Laguna Woods Mutual and Third Laguna Hills Mutual lease, sublease and room rental applications—they do not maintain a list of units for lease in the Village. Leasing specialists also assist with supplying resident ID cards for use throughout the Village.

Administrative services
The administrative services team maintains membership records and assists with all changes in occupancy. Whether you are moving in or out, need an occupant to reside with you, require a caregiver or need to change your address, our administrative specialist is here to answer any questions and process completed applications for board approval.

Trusts, transfers and estates
Trust, transfer and estate specialists prepare and process membership change requests or transfer units into a revocable living trust or to a qualified trust beneficiary. Additionally, they authorize trustees, successor trustees, administrators, executors, conservators and attorney-in-facts (via power of attorney) to have access and act on behalf of a member.
