Laguna Woods Village Social Services will host an informative presentation on end-of-life planning on Wednesday, April 22, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at Clubhouse 7 Main Lounge (24111 Moulton Parkway).
The session will cover advance care planning and the range of end-of-life options available in California. Attendees will learn how to document their wishes, discuss care decisions with family and medical providers, and explore choices such as continuing or discontinuing medical treatments, hospice care, palliative care and medical aid in dying.
Mark Greenberg, executive director of End of Life Choices California, will lead the presentation. The nonprofit organization provides information and support to Californians navigating their end-of-life decisions.
The event is open to all residents, and no registration is required.
