Recent weather patterns are impacting landscaping operations across the community, with one update applying Village-wide and another specific to Third Mutual.
Village-Wide Update
Higher-than-normal temperatures following recent rains have accelerated turf growth. In response, crews are increasing mowing cycles through this month and into the summer to keep pace with conditions. Residents may notice more frequent mowing activity during this period.
Third Mutual Only Update
Separately, the scheduled dethatching project in Third Mutual has been placed on hold until fall. Dethatching, which removes built-up organic material from turf, is beneficial under the right conditions but can stress grass during periods of high heat. To protect landscape health and ensure optimal results, the work will resume when cooler temperatures return.
We appreciate your patience as crews adjust operations in response to seasonal conditions. For the latest maintenance updates, please visit the Village website.
