At this first-of-its-kind community buffet event on Monday, January 26, at 5 p.m. in the Clubhouse 1 Main Lounge, Community Connections offers a relaxed evening designed to build new friendships and bring neighbors together through themed dining.
Simply pick a table that matches your personality and interests. Each table has a theme by which ticket sales are organized, so please choose a personality that fits you best when purchasing tickets.

- Cozy Creators: Ideal for those who appreciate calm, comfortable pastimes like reading, crafting, gardening, cooking, home projects, movies or simply settling in for warm conversation. If your happy place is relaxed and inviting, this is your spot.
- Active and Outdoorsy Crowd: A great fit for residents who enjoy movement and fresh air at any pace. Whether you walk, play pickleball, practice yoga, golf, bike or just love casual outdoor activities, this table brings together neighbors who appreciate staying active or connecting with nature.
- Culture and Intellectual Enthusiasts: Geared toward residents who enjoy museums, music, shows, lectures, community events, history, storytelling or thoughtful discussion. This table welcomes lifelong learners and naturally curious minds who love exploring ideas.
Martinez’s buffet menu features beef brisket, chicken marsala, scalloped potatoes, garden salad, fresh fruit, rolls and butter, and chocolate cream and key lime pies.
Tickets are $28 per person and go on sale Tuesday, December 23, at the Clubhouse 1 office.
