Led by Larry Waldman, Ph.D., ABPP, a certified instructor in Hatha-based yoga, this class emphasizes gentle stretching, balance training and brief meditation, which are ideal for improving stability and flexibility. Props are used to support safe movement, and poses are held for 5 to 10 seconds.
After overcoming major health challenges, Dr. Waldman now focuses on helping others build strength, balance and confidence through mindful movement.
