2024 Seal Coat and Paving Programs
Annual Village street paving and seal coating programs are underway through September. Residents may experience temporary lane closures and detours while paving operations are underway. The following streets and cul-de-sacs are scheduled during the work period through September:

Seal Coat
- Between Gate 1 and 4: Avenida Sevilla
- Between Gate 9 and 10: Algarrobo and Via Carrizo
- Garden Center 1 and Clubhouse 2

Street Paving
- Between Gate 1 and 2: Cul-de-sacs 35 and 55
- Between Gate 1 through 5: 12 cul-de-sacs (21, 22, 44, 70, 72, 83, 84, 86, 92, 207, 210, 211)
- Between Gate 5 through 10, and 14: 25 cul-de-sacs (214, 226, 303, 304, 306, 315, 316, 321, 325, 326, 329, 331-A, 334, 335, 354, 356, 357, 365, 371, 374, 376, 402, 403, 409, 3317)
Seal Coat
- Between Gate 1 through 5: 12 cul-de-sacs (21, 22, 44, 70, 72, 83, 84, 86, 92, 207, 210, 211)

Affected residents will receive advance notice of any street closures or parking restrictions.
