For those members who have enrolled in annual GRF programs such as:
- RV lot rentals
- Garden plot rentals
- Golf cart electricity fee
- Electric vehicle charging fee
- Recreation and jewelry lockers
Invoices for the 2023 calendar year have been applied to member accounts and have been mailed to the address on file as of Friday, January 20. Payment may be made via the resident portal using a credit card, by sending a check to the address listed on the invoice or by paying in person at the Community Center.
If payment is mailed, please include the bottom portion of the invoice to ensure the amount is applied correctly.
To avoid late charges, please remit payment no later than the date listed on the invoice.
