
Fitness (and fun) for everyone
It’s fun and easy to stay fit and active in Laguna Woods Village. No matter your fitness or sport level, fitness and leisure activities meet you where you’re at and keep you moving! Work out in one of our three fitness centers, swim a few laps in any one of our five sparkling pools or play a round of golf on one of our two professional courses. You’ll be sure to find a sport or activity to challenge yourself!

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer and would like to submit an application to the Department of Recreation and Special Events, download, print and fill out the volunteer application and drop it off at the Recreation office or fill it out on your device and email it to recreation@vmsinc.org.

Sponsorship is a great way for businesses to gain exposure with Laguna Woods Village residents. Early event sponsorship registration helps us plan events appropriately and enhances programs for our residents.
