Lola (Sharon) Madden enjoyed a long career as an actress, appearing in over 200 roles. For more than two decades, she also taught theater at Loyola Marymount University, where she shared her love of performance with students. Today, she spends her time writing, gardening, and enjoying a quieter pace in Laguna Woods—still using her vivid imagination and viewing life in a playful way. In this fun class Lola uses slides, hands-on demonstration and practical tips, while encouraging imagination, experimentation, and a relaxed approach to choosing containers, since flowers really don’t care where they are planted. The goal is to enjoy the process, trust your eye, and leave seeing the world around you with a new purpose—and a smile.
