Welcome to the Fit Brain Club

Our community group is dedicated to collaborating with Alzheimer’s Orange County and Laguna Woods Social Services to enhance awareness and education surrounding memory loss and dementia. We are committed to providing  support for patients, loved ones, and caregivers alike. Through advocacy, outreach, and education initiatives, we strive to empower individuals impacted by memory loss and dementia, fostering a community of understanding, compassion, and support.

  • Location: Clubhouse 3 Dining Room 1
  • Topics: Each month a speaker is featured who presents a variety of information.
  • Light refreshments are provided by various sponsors who distribute literature about their business.
