United Laguna Woods Mutual

The Architectural Controls and Standards Committee, which ensures that United Laguna Woods Mutual’s buildings are up to code and remain aesthetically pleasing, meets the third Thursday of each month at 9:30 a.m. in the Community Center board room.

The Finance Committee, which oversees the finances and fees related to United Mutual, meets the fourth Tuesday of odd months at 1:30 p.m. in the Community Center board room.

The Governing Documents Committee, which reviews governing documents, including policies, resolution and operating rules for compliance with applicable laws, meets monthly on the third Thursday at 1:30 p.m. in the Community Center board room.

The Landscape Committee, which oversees all landscaping matters related to the United Laguna Woods Mutual community, meets the fourth Thursday of each month at 1:30 p.m. in the Community Center Board Room.

The Maintenance and Construction Committee, which oversees the upkeep of all buildings located in the United Laguna Woods Mutual community, meets the fourth Wednesday of even months at 9:30 a.m. in the Community Center board room.

The Members Hearing Committee, which conducts meetings to hear and act on disciplinary hearing matters, meets on an as-needed basis.

The Resident Advisory Committee serves as a liaison between the United Laguna Woods Mutual board and the members of United, and answers questions and promotes communications of board-approved policies and information to United Members. This committee meets monthly on the second Tuesday at 4 p.m. in the Community Center Elm Room.
