The Broadband Committee serves as a liaison between the GRF Board and the General Services Department. This committee is responsible for overseeing the network operations center, broadband services, internet infrastructure, and the facilities associated with Village Television. The Broadband Committee meets quarterly on the first Wednesday of the month at 1:30 p.m. in the Community Center board room.

The Community Activities Committee develops programs and procedures in cooperation with the Recreation and Special Events Department and makes appropriate recommendations to the GRF board, including, but not limited to, reviewing and evaluating community activity policies; evaluating and responding to feedback regarding the use, modifications or expansion of facilities designed to meet the community’s recreational and social needs; reviewing, analyzing and developing information and proposals regarding fees for use of community facilities by residents, guests and outside organizations; and reviewing capital requirements, service levels and projected revenue related to Recreation operations and recommending appropriate action to the GRF board. The committee meets monthly on the second Thursday of the month at 1:30 p.m. in the Community Center board room.

The Disaster Preparedness Task Force, which consists of volunteers who function under GRF and in cooperation with the Security Services Department, keeps residents aware, informed and prepared for disaster. The task force meets bimonthly on the last Tuesday of odd months at 9:30 a.m. in the Community Center board room.

The Executive Hearings Committee, which is a closed committee that conducts meetings to hear and act on disciplinary hearing matters in which the violations occurred at GRF facilities, meets monthly on the first Thursday of the month.

The Finance Committee, which serves as a liaison between GRF and the Financial Services Department, reviews monthly financial statements and other reports affecting the financial status of this corporation and review performance in relation to the annual operating budget. The committee meets bimonthly on the third Wednesday of the month at 1:30 p.m. in the Community Center board room.

The Landscape Committee, which serves as liaison between the GRF board and Landscaping Services Department, and promotes water efficiency throughout the community, determines maintenance service levels and evaluates capital, meets quarterly on the second Wednesday of the month at 1:30 p.m. in the Community Center board room.

The Maintenance and Construction Committee, which is responsible for overseeing GRF building facilities along with its equipment and fixtures, meets bimonthly on the second Wednesday of the month at 9:30 a.m. in the Community Center board room.

The Mobility and Vehicles Committee, which serves as liaison between the GRF board and VMS for all transportation issues and to ensure that transportation services meet the needs of the community, meets quarterly on the first Wednesday of the month at 1:30 p.m. in the Community Center board room.

The Security and Community Access Committee, which informs the GRF board of the latest developments, trends and innovations in the field of community association security, and evaluates existing security policies, meets bimonthly on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 1:30 p.m. in the Community Center board room.
