Ting has begun contacting residents to schedule the first round of fiber internet installations, set for fall 2025. To ensure you receive important updates, confirm your phone number and email address with Resident Services at residentservices@vmsinc.org or 949-597-4600.
Emails will come from lagunawoodsvillage@ting.com, and calls or texts will come from 714-263-1826 identifying as Ting. Residents will receive notices at 60-, 30-, 21-, three- and one-day intervals before their scheduled appointment.
Before your technician arrives, clear space near your current modem or router, ensure an electrical outlet is nearby, and decide which two devices you want connected to your new network. The technician will install your modem, router and connect two wireless devices, ensuring your internet and TV work before leaving.
