New Resident Orientation

New resident orientations are an excellent way to get acquainted with the Village, whether you’ve just moved in or have been living here for a few months or even years! You might discover something new and have the chance to ask board directors any questions you may have.

United Mutual orientations are monthly on the third Friday at 2 p.m. Third Mutual orientations are monthly on the third Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. These sessions are held in the Community Center Board Room at 24351 El Toro Road, Laguna Woods, CA 92637. They are led by Third and United board members and do not feature a bus tour of the Village.

*The information provided in the Third and United new resident orientations are different. Please make sure you sign up for the correct meeting.* If you are a member of Third Mutual, you own a condo. Your manor number would be: 961-969, 2109-2120, 2126-2129, 2131-2136, 2166-2182, 2192-2208 or 2221-5598. If you are a member of United Mutual, you own a co-op. Your manor number would be: 1-960, 2001-2108, 221-2125, 2130, 2137-2165, 2183-2191 or 2209-2220.
