Take the VMS Resident Satisfaction Survey

Village Management Services Inc. (VMS) is dedicated to providing exceptional service to every resident. And now, VMS is taking a crucial step forward by inviting you to share your thoughts and experiences through its resident satisfaction survey. It is your turn to speak out, and it is vital that you do so.

What VMS Does for the Village

VMS Inc. is a not-for-profit professional community management company equally owned by GRF, Third Mutual and United Mutual. GRF and the housing mutuals provide services and maintenance to Village residents by contracting with VMS Inc. to perform the actual work. Residents interact with VMS daily when they enter a gate, play a sport, visit a clubhouse, watch TV6, use the internet or cable TV, request a maintenance or landscaping service, see a show at the PAC, etc. Your feedback regarding your interactions with VMS will help the company continue to shine or strive to improve.

We prefer you complete the survey online at bit.ly/ResidentsReply for your convenience and to simplify data collection.

If you are more comfortable completing a paper survey, hard copies will be located at the Community Center, Village Library, Clubhouse 1 drop-in lounge, clubhouse literature racks, Towers’ lobby and on Village buses.

Please complete and submit your digital or paper survey between Tuesday, November 12, and Saturday, November 30. Mail completed paper surveys to Laguna Woods Village Community Center, Attn: CEO’s Office, 24351 El Toro Road, Laguna Woods, CA 92637, or deposit them in the collection boxes in the lobby of the Community Center or at the Village Library.

Survey data will be shared via news stories at lagunawoodsvillage.com and other communication platforms.

Complete One Survey Only

Please note that each survey has a unique identfier, your resident ID number is required, and survey copies will not be counted. If you make a mistake on a paper survey, please discard it and obtain another original survey.

We want feedback from Village residents only, and one survey only from each resident. Your survey response is confidential, and no follow-up will be conducted. To confirm eligibility, resident IDs entered on the survey will be matched to valid ID and HOA membership data. No names or manor numbers will be used.
