尊敬的各位會員：
華人聯誼會8月9日理事會會議討論并結論了以下事項：
1. 華聯目前會員675人。
2. 收到OC Library 發來的謝函，感谢收到華聯捐款$500元新建LWV City的圖書館。
3. 近接獲前代理會長王渭野通知:搬運并清點由其保管的原屬華聯音響設備，現已交由華聯綜藝组保管，正在學習使用當中。在此感謝前代理會長王渭野先生對華聯財産設備的秉公處理。
4. 另據告知：尚有屬於華聯的點歌機及音響設備等仍流落在個别人士手中，華聯理事會將尋找當事人解釋并討論歸還之事。
5．理事會決定於9月1日星期四下午3-5時，舉辦雲端Zoom上的慶祝中秋活動。邀請書畫同源會和綜藝組主辦。有綜藝節目、書法、國畫、攝影、才藝等視頻展示。還有各群眾社團的活動介紹。請大家踴躍參加。作品收件時間在8月25日以前。具體請聯繫謝萌510-508-8904。
6. 中秋月餅將安排在8月29日星期一下午發放，後勤组將分發每位2022年已入會的會員雙黄月餅一個，分發次序及時間正在研究，請見後續通告。
7. 會員錄之補充頁，將在發月餅之時，一起發放。

The following are some of the items discussed and decided at the CAC Board Meeting on 8/9/22:
1. The number of CAC 2022 members reached 675!
2. CAC received a thank you letter from OC Library for its donation of $500 for the new library extension.
3. CAC’s sound system will be kept with CAC’s Performance Committee.
4. CAC’s karaoke system has yet to be retrieved from previous CAC board.
5. A Mid-Autumn Celebration zoom party will be held on 9/1/22 3-5pm. CAC will be partnering with Chinese Calligraphy & Painting Club to host this session. CAC members are encouraged to submit photos of club activities that they participate in by 8/25/22. Please call Mary Sun for submission at 510-508-8904.
6. CAC 2022 members can pick up a complimentary mooncake on 8/29/22 afternoon. Members are encouraged to arrange pick up on behalf of their friends and neighbors who are CAC members, in order to minimize traffic. Details to follow.
7. The addendum for the 2022 Member Directory will be distributed at the same time when mooncakes are distributed. Members who have submitted changes / corrections will have their information updated on the addendum. New 2022 members who elected to appear on the directory will also be included in the addendum.
