Following the annual reservation lottery, the Recreation and Special Events Department opens its calendar for reservations and enters the next step in its room reservation program. Residents who are looking for a place to practice their instrument each month or play cards with friends each week can benefit from this opportunity. The next reservation day will be Thursday, September 1, from 8 a.m. to noon at the Clubhouse 7 office. The Community Center Recreation Office will be closed for reservations on September 1 but will reopen on September 2.
Please note:
- Reservations are only for January 2, 2023, through December 31, 2023.
- Reservations are limited to Clubhouse 1, 2, 5 and the Village Greens.
- Clubhouse 2 reservations will be limited to Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- Clubhouse 5 reservations will not be available on Sundays after 1 p.m.
- Clubhouse 6, 7 and Performing Arts Center reservations will resume at a later date.
Lottery reservation requests and rollover reservations are currently being processed and will be mailed prior to September 1.
