Learn to open your inner voice through meditation, harvest the wisdom of your life’s experiences and create your legacy for future generations through a new class led by Dr. Lois Rubin, Journeying from Age-ing to Sage-ing.™
Classes are held for six Mondays starting June 5 and are from 10:30 a.m. to noon in the Performing Arts Center rehearsal room; an $18 fee is to be paid to the instructor on the first day of class.
