M-Pact Pop Group & Comedian Andrew Norelli Take the Mic

Clubhouse 5
Thursday, September 8
6:45 p.m.
Free for members, $10 for guests

Hailed as one of the best a cappella vocal groups in the world, M-Pact takes the mic at the next Chicago Club. The pop/jazz vocal group creates the sounds of vocals, harmony, percussion and big brass with the human voice alone. Celebrating 25 years in 2020, this Los Angeles-based ensemble emerged from an age of auto-tune and overproduction and cultivated a new generation of ears hungry for the fresh, raw power of nature’s first instrument, the human voice.

Comedian Andrew Norelli provides laughs wherever he goes. The comic appeared on “The Late Show With David Letterman,” “The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson,” “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” Comedy Central’s “Live at Gotham” and the nationally syndicated comedy roundtable “Comics Unleashed” where he worked as a joke writer.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for members and their guests. Please bring your membership card for admission. Saved seating will not be available after 6:15. A no-host bar and refreshments will be available.

The Chicago Club meets the second Thursday of every month. For more information, email information@thechicagoclublwv.com or visit the club’s website.
