La administración de Laguna Woods Village es única y diferente a la de la mayoría de las comunidades con restricciones de edad. Desde 2016, la comunidad está administrada por Village Management Services Inc. (VMS), una corporación sin fines de lucro, propiedad de sus miembros y de beneficio mutuo, que brinda servicios integrales a la comunidad y a sus residentes.
La junta directiva de VMS se diferencia de las de GRF, Third y United en que supervisa las operaciones de VMS y apoya a sus empleados. Las reuniones están abiertas a los miembros de las demás juntas directivas cuando no son a puerta cerrada, durante las cuales se tratan asuntos de personal.

To obtain an application and instructions, visit the concierge at the Laguna Woods Village Community Center at 24351 El Toro Road. The concierge will notify Corporate Secretary Makayla Schwietert (949-268-2295) o el secretario corporativo adjunto Paul Nguyen (949-268-2383) of your arrival and provide the necessary paperwork and answer any questions.
For information on the election process, please contact Ms. Schwietert. Completed applications and candidate statements are due to Ms. Schwietert no later than Friday, January 9, at 5 p.m.
Interviews will take place on Tuesday, January 13, at 9:30 a.m. in the Community Center board room and virtually via Zoom.
