This plan was developed for use by the Laguna Woods Village Pet Disaster Preparedness Subcommittee, a small volunteer group of resident animal lovers appointed by the GRF Disaster Preparedness Task Force to create a disaster preparedness plan for pets living in Laguna Woods Village.
