United Laguna Woods Mutual Sublease \/ Lodger Fee Schedule – 2026<\/p>\n
Shareholders applying to sublease their unit or rent out a room of the resident-member occupied<\/p>\n
unit shall pay the fees associated with the review, processing, and approval of the Sublease<\/p>\n
Permit Application as well as the Lodger Room Rental Application.<\/p>\n
