Third Laguna Hills Mutual Alteration Standard 16 \u2014 Garage Doors (Sectional or One-Piece) and<\/p>\n
Alteration Standard 42 – Ramps<\/p>\n
On August 15, 2023, by way of Resolution 03-23-92 and Resolution 03-23-93, the Third Mutual<\/p>\n
Board of Directors approved revisions to its Alteration Standard 16 \u2014 Garage Doors (Sectional or<\/p>\n
One-Piece) and Alteration Standard 42 \u2014 Ramps.<\/p>\n
Alteration Standard 16 was revised to include commercially available materials and colors.<\/p>\n
Alteration Standard 42 was revised to include updated regulatory language, removes all<\/p>\n
references to ADA requirements and includes allowed materials and applicable references to any<\/p>\n
city, state and fair housing requirements. The revised standard also includes the requirement of<\/p>\n
filing a recordable exclusive use of common area revocable license agreement with the Orange<\/p>\n
County clerk\/recorder for any exterior ramp improvement that would use any portion of the<\/p>\n
mutual\u2019s common area.<\/p>\n
\u9019\u4e9b\u8a2d\u65bd\u5c07\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u6539\u9020\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u5b89\u88dd\u8cbb\u7528\u3001\u7dad\u8b77\u3001\u7dad\u4fee<\/p>\n
and\/or removal will be the responsibility of the requesting mutual member. The cost to repair any<\/p>\n
\u56e0\u8b8a\u66f4\u800c\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5171\u540c\u8ca1\u7522\u640d\u5931\u4e5f\u7531\u8cac\u4efb\u65b9\u627f\u64d4<\/p>\n
