The revised standard also includes the requirement of<\/p>\n<p>filing a recordable exclusive use of common area revocable license agreement with the Orange<\/p>\n<p>County clerk\/recorder for any exterior ramp improvement that would use any portion of the<\/p>\n<p>mutual\u2019s common area.<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u4e9b\u8a2d\u65bd\u5c07\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u6539\u9020\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u5b89\u88dd\u8cbb\u7528\u3001\u7dad\u8b77\u3001\u7dad\u4fee<\/p>\n<p>and\/or removal will be the responsibility of the requesting mutual member.
