Laguna Woods Village\u2019<\/p>\n
A. General<\/p>\n
1<\/p>\n
Residents and guests must sign in upon arrival at the facility.<\/p>\n
2<\/p>\n
All range masters are required to leave their Laguna Woods Village resident ID<\/p>\n
card at the fitness center to gain entry to the range. Fitness center staff or<\/p>\n
Clubhouse 1 staff will unlock the range. Only Recreation Department-certified<\/p>\n
range masters are authorized to open the archery range.<\/p>\n
Only the range master is allowed access to club cabinets, equipment and<\/p>\n
targets.<\/p>\n
Nonmembers may shoot a maximum of six arrows per end when using their<\/p>\n
own arrows. Guests may shoot a maximum of six arrows per end when using<\/p>\n
their own arrows.<\/p>\n
Food or beverage is allowed in the archery room (except on the range flooring)<\/p>\n
and must be cleaned up\/removed prior to room closure.<\/p>\n
Residents and guests must clean up the area after use and return all<\/p>\n
equipment to the proper place.<\/p>\n
Report any maintenance issues to the fitness center. Unauthorized<\/p>\n
modifications to the range or its amenities are strictly prohibited and may<\/p>\n
result in loss of range access.<\/p>\n
Club meetings and events do not have priority use. Club tournaments and<\/p>\n
events must be approved by the Recreation Department in order to take<\/p>\n
priority at the facility. Please reference the Recreation Department policy for<\/p>\n
tournament guidelines.<\/p>\n
\u5ba2\u4eba<\/p>\n
1. The maximum number of guests allowed per resident is two. Residents must<\/p>\n
accompany their guests at all times. Guests under 18 years of age are not<\/p>\n
permitted to use the facility.<\/p>\n
Safety<\/p>\n

Archer\u2019s bow may not exceed a 45 lb. draw<\/p>\n
2<\/p>\n
The range master secures the paper target.<\/p>\n
3<\/p>\n
Targets must remain in their designated target positions.<\/p>\n
4<\/p>\n
Archers may not shoot alone. At least two people must be present while the<\/p>\n
range isin use.<\/p>\n
All participants must successfully complete orientation before being allowed to<\/p>\n
shoot at the range. Upon completion, the range master will issue a \u201csafe<\/p>\n
shooter\u201d card. Nominal fees will be charged for use of the range and supplies.<\/p>\n

\n6. The range master provides, denies or withdraws access to the range at any<\/p>\n
time while the range is open due to safety restrictions.<\/p>\n
7<\/p>\n
Always use whistle commands; not just verbal or hand signals. Know and obey<\/p>\n
all whistle commands:<\/p>\n

Note: The Recreation Department reserves the right to review and adjust the<\/p>\n
operating rules to accommodate the needs of the community. All GRF policies and<\/p>\n
procedures apply to the use of the amenities.<\/p>\n
