1，鮑華女士（前故華聯會長李國衡夫人）日前將2020年樊惠萍已準備好，但因疫情而取消，過年要發放的紅包及摸彩包428封，內含新鈔票，總共$997元，及清單一張，交給楊會長。
華人聯誼會收到了故前會長李國衡這無限永遠的祝福。將在2月17日鬧元宵活動中發放。全體會員感受到他的奉獻和他對華聯的期望，故請大家盡早報名2月17日的鬧元宵！
我們更佩服鮑華女士這一位忠誠的賢內助，保存並完成了老會長的心願。
2，蔣棠先生捐贈$2,000元做為華聯本年購買月餅的基金。華聯已經收到支票，我們感謝蔣棠夫婦對華聯及其他公益團體的無數次慷慨解囊。
3，楊平飛會長捐贈$2,023元做為購買粽子或月餅的基金。支票已交財務。
4，關於蔣棠先生樂捐的獎學金$1,000×2, 應為優秀年青人在大學入學時發给。
5，瑞雲藝術團1/14/23在三號俱樂部的表演，頗受好評，捐款人蔣棠先生現委托華人聯誼會理事會核實收支，報告蔣棠先生後再行捐贈。
6，過年團拜於1月24日，七號俱樂部，下午1:30開始至4:00,有卡拉OK及跳舞助興，並備有點心，請各位盡可能着唐装，漢服，旗袍，大掛，小掛等參加。亦可以適時報名參加華聯2023年的會員。因受場地限制，僅188座位，不需報名，自由參加。
Happy Chinese New Year to all CAC Members!
1. Mrs. Shirley Lee (late former club president Mr. Henry Lee’s spouse) donated $997 in red envelopes to CAC. The funding was prepared by Mr. Henry Lee for the 2020 CNY party that was cancelled due to pandemic. These red envelopes will be raffled during the Spring Festival Celebration party on 2/17/23. Please sign up for the event, if not already!
2. Mr. Tom Chiang donated $2,000 towards the purchase of Moon Cakes that will be distributed to CAC members for the Mid-Autumn Festival.
3. Current club president Mr. Mike Yang donated $2,023 towards the purchase of Rice Dumplings or Moon Cakes that will be distributed to CAC members for the Dragon Boat Festival & Mid-Autumn Festival respectively.
4. Mr. Tom Chiang donated $2,000 scholarship funding for qualified college bound students.
5. The performance hosted by Blue and White Ensemble at CH3 Theater on 2/14/23 was well received by attendees. Mr. Tom Chiang, donor for this event, will continue to donate to this worthy cause.
6. For the Chinese New Year Gathering on 1/24/23 1:30 – 4 pm at CH7, CAC will provide snacks and there will be Karaoke as entertainment. Please wear your Chinese outfits to welcome the Chinese New Year if you have one! It’s FREE to join, no registration required for this gathering. As well, for those who have not renewed your membership for 2023, there will be staff onsite to provide and accept 2023 membership forms & signup for the 2/17/23 event.
