The revisions allow for updated material selections, and clarify definitions and<\/p>\n<p>modifications to existing drainage conditions, maintenance and cost responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p>The installations will be considered an alteration, and installation cost, maintenance, repair and\/or<\/p>\n<p>removal will be the responsibility of the member. Awnings and covers must be maintained in good<\/p>\n<p>condition at all times.
