FALL PLANNING AND PLANTING<\/p>\n
Fallis prime planting time in Southern California. Bugs<\/p>\n

are fewer, water demands lighter and plants happier\u2014<\/p>\n

fresh soil (deposit old soil in your compost pile). Be<\/p>\n
beets, carrots, collards, leeks and scallions, along with<\/p>\n
careful to not over-water, which leads to rot in cool<\/p>\n
more lettuce and radishes.<\/p>\n

The Summer Farmers Market held on July 27<\/p>\n
