locations will be reviewed by Manor Alterations in the plan review<\/p>\n
process for conformance to existing guidelines. A site inspection may<\/p>\n

VMS Landscape Services to be notified prior to excavation to locate all<\/p>\n
irrigation components in the vicinity of the work. All irrigation relocations<\/p>\n

responsible for any and all VMS Landscape Services and irrigation<\/p>\n

All maintenance of\n\npavers and costs involved with removal\/replacement of pavers for mutual\n\nmaintenance are the responsibility of the member.\n\n3.12\n\nReplacement pavers must not extend beyond the existing layouts of any\n\npatio slabs, walkways and driveways.\n\n3.13\n\nDriveways and adjacent walkways leading to the entry of the manor shall\n\nremain classified as Common Area and shall continue to be subject to\n\nexisting Common Area Usage Policies, Bylaws and CC&R\u2019s restrictions\n\nin effect.\n3.14 Concrete paver patterns shall be geometric and may not form or\n\ncontain any pictures, symbols, or wording. Colors shall be of earthy\n\nmuted tones. All patterns and colors shall be approved by agent's\n\nstaff prior to installation.
