All balcony<\/p>\n
railing panels shall be attached directly to the railing. No<\/p>\n
panels shall be attached to the building, deck, or flooring.<\/p>\n
2.2<\/p>\n
Paneling height may be up to the top railing and extend no further than the<\/p>\n
bottom of the railing. Paneling shall not extend to the balcony deck.<\/p>\n
Paneling must cover the railing completely from side to side, and shall not<\/p>\n
extend beyond any existing railing.<\/p>\n

All paneling shall be rigid and easily removable.<\/p>\n

Paneling may be of white vinyl lattice only as manufactured by Veranda\u00ae<\/p>\n
or Dimensions\u00ae; existing attached metal panels that are painted to match<\/p>\n
the color of the wall to which the railing is attached may remain.<\/p>\n
