During a recent inspection of the fence line between Garden Center<\/p>\n
1 and the El Toro pond, staff observed that several trees and cacti<\/p>\n
have become overgrown, with some growth pushing against the fence<\/p>\n
toward the pond. As a reminder, each plot holder is responsible for<\/p>\n
