SUBJECT: GRF ID Card Fee Structure<\/p>\n
On June 4, 2024, the GRF board of directors adopted Resolution 90-24-25 that established a fee<\/p>\n
schedule relating to GRF ID cards.<\/p>\n
RESOLUTION 90-24-25<\/p>\n
GRF ID Card Fees<\/p>\n
WHEREAS, the Golden Rain Foundation requires that all approved residents residing in the<\/p>\n
Village carry an ID card with them at all times; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS, the Community Services Division issues ID cards when a resident is approved to<\/p>\n
reside in the unit; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS, all owners\/members, non-owner occupants, and tenants are required to return their<\/p>\n
ID cards at the time residency is terminated, and failure to do so may result in unauthorized entry<\/p>\n
into the community or use of GRF facilities; and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS, all GRF ID card fees should be identified in one resolution and placed on the<\/p>\n
website to provide transparency and improve communications;<\/p>\n
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, June 4, 2024, that the Board of Directors of this<\/p>\n
corporation hereby establishes the following fee schedule relating to GRF ID cards:<\/p>\n

ID card renewals (lessees and Mutual No. Fifty only)<\/p>\n
No charge<\/p>\n
Non-return or failure to surrender ID cards for all resale,<\/p>\n
non-escrow transfer, leasing\/rental, and occupancy<\/p>\n
$125 (non-refundable)<\/p>\n
(including caregiver) transactions<\/p>\n
Replacement card for lost, destroyed or stolen cards<\/p>\n
$60 (non-refundable)<\/p>\n
Replacement card for worn and unreadable cards<\/p>\n
No charge<\/p>\n
Replacement card for stolen ID cards with the presence of a<\/p>\n
police theft report<\/p>\n
No charge<\/p>\n
RESOLVED FURTHER, Resolution G-94-100 adopted November 1, 1994; Resolution G-95-18<\/p>\n
adopted March 7, 1995; Resolution G-96-103 adopted December 3, 1996; and Resolution 90-<\/p>\n
18-35 adopted August 7, 2018 are hereby superseded and cancelled; and<\/p>\n
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the fee schedule shall be placed on the website; and<\/p>\n
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the officers and agents of this corporation are hereby authorized<\/p>\n
on behalf of the corporation to carry out this resolution.<\/p>\n
Realtors and escrow officers are requested to inform their staff and clients of these<\/p>\n
guidelines.<\/p>\n
