DIY projects will not be<\/p>\n<p>allowed.<\/p>\n<p>Patio &amp; balcony enclosures may encompass all or part of the<\/p>\n<p>patio \/ balcony footprint.<\/p>\n<p>1<\/p>\n<p>Enclosure must not cover any existing building wall<\/p>\n<p>mounted HVAC equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Structural Components: Painted or prefinished aluminum. The Mutual \u2014 at its own discretion \u2014 may undertake any<\/p>\n<p>perceived maintenance upkeep and charge the Member if coverings<\/p>\n<p>are not properly maintained by the Member.<\/p>\n<p>6.3<\/p>\n<p>Should it become necessary for ongoing building maintenance, the<\/p>\n<p>Member will be responsible for removal and replacement
