We’re hiring part-time gate ambassadors, our key frontline team members who help maintain safety and provide exceptional service to residents, guests and service providers.
About the Role
As a gate ambassador, you’ll create a safe and welcoming environment by:
- Greeting and screening all who enter the community
- Verifying identification and gate clearance
- Offering directions and basic community information
- Monitoring and documenting entry activity
- Supporting a secure atmosphere through attentive service
Who We’re Looking For
We seek courteous, dependable individuals who:
- Have strong customer service skills and stay calm under pressure
- Are comfortable using radios and access systems
- Are available for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays (minimum of three shifts per week)
- Bring prior security or service experience (preferred, but not required)
