Residents and visitors should be aware of upcoming pavement maintenance that will impact access to several community facilities as part of scheduled seal coating work.
Clubhouse 4 Closure – Asphalt Pavement Overlay
All Clubhouse 4 facilities, including the adjacent parking lot and Pool 4, will be closed Friday, July 25, through Sunday, July 27, and are expected to reopen Monday, July 28. Please ensure all vehicles are removed from the parking lot by 10 p.m. Thursday, July 24, to avoid towing at the owner’s expense.
During the Pool 4 closure, Pool 6 will open at 10 a.m., and Pool 1 will remain open until 10 p.m.

Clubhouse 7 Partial Access – Seal Coat Work
Seal coating will take place near Clubhouse 7 Monday, August 4, through Thursday, August 7. Throughout the work period, access will remain available for bridge players, tennis players and driving range users (the driving range will be closed Tuesday, August 5).

- Monday, August 4 – Blue
- Tuesday, August 5 – Red
- Wednesday, August 6 – Orange
- Thursday, August 7 – Green
We kindly ask that all vehicles be removed from the impacted areas by the designated time to avoid towing at the owner’s expense.
Golf Cart Trail Access
Golf carts may continue to use the trails near Clubhouse 7 during upcoming seal coating work. Only half the trail width will be sealed at a time, allowing carts to pass through as usual. The contractor will have traffic control personnel directing carts through the golf cart trail.
Work in this area will begin early each morning, with freshly sealed sections expected to reopen by 7 a.m. the next day.
