Be Your Own Aging Advocate

Join healthcare advocate, social worker and care manager Kathy Carchidi on Wednesday, May 28, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in the Clubhouse 7 Main Lounge for an empowering session on aging well. Kathy will share practical insights and strategies to help you take control of your well-being and confidently navigate the challenges that come with aging.

About the Presenter

Kathy brings more than 30 years of experience supporting older adults and their families. She is the cofounder of San Clemente Village, part of the national Village Movement, which empowers older adults to maintain independence through volunteer-driven support. Kathy also spent eight years leading caregiver-focused programs at Alzheimer’s Orange County and has served on the Orange County Veterans and Military Families Collaborative, where she continues to advocate for older adults and their caregivers.
