The Gate 9 resident lane is currently out of service following damage from a recent vehicle strike. An inspection by the vendor, Cal Gates, revealed that the barrier arm operator motor and springs failed as a result of the incident and must be replaced.
Replacement parts are being shipped from the East Coast today and are expected to arrive next week. Cal Gates anticipates completing the repairs and restoring full functionality to the resident lane by next Thursday or Friday, barring any unforeseen delays.
Residents are advised to use alternate entry gates until the repairs are complete. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue.
