Laguna Woods Village Living
The Media and Communications Division of the Office of the CEO is pleased to announce an exciting new educational experience, “Laguna Woods Village Living: Community information, amenities, services and more.”
Held on the second Tuesday monthly, Laguna Woods Village Living events will welcome prospective, new and existing residents into a friendly, casual environment to learn about the Village for the first time or learn how to get the most out of all the community has to offer.
The first event is scheduled for Tuesday, October 8, from 1 to 3:30 p.m. in the Elm Room of the Laguna Woods Village Community Center, located at 24351 El Toro Road, Laguna Woods, CA 92637.
More About This New Event
Each event will be led by Village ambassadors, committed resident volunteers with extensive knowledge of the community, and supported by Media and Communications staff. Attendees will watch our comprehensive community tour video, and ambassadors will share information about services, amenities, recreation, governance, history, communication and much more. Guests will have ample opportunity to ask questions, and staff will provide a trove of helpful hard-copy information to help navigate the Village.
Please note: This event is not a new resident orientation, which is led by board members of United and Third housing mutuals and is a deeper dive into the specific workings of each mutual. For more information about new resident orientation, email information@lagunawoodsvillage.com.
Our volunteer ambassadors and VMS staff have been fine-tuning the scripts, honing details, organizing the event agenda and more, and are confident this new experience will act as an educational, engaging and dynamic way for all folks to learn more about Laguna Woods Village, the West Coast’s premier private community where active adults age 55 and older come for the utmost in recreation, entertainment and relaxation—and to live their very best lives!
RSVP Is Required
Seating is limited to 20 guests. RSVP is required, and each guest must register separately, even if part of the same household. Interested attendees can RSVP at bit.ly/LagunaWoodsVillageLiving. A reservation confirmation will be emailed to the address provided.
