VMS Board Annual Appointments
The Golden Rain Foundation, United Laguna Woods Mutual and Third Laguna Hills Mutual seek representatives to serve on the VMS board of directors. One opening is available for each housing mutual and one for GRF. Term expiration dates are in 2026.
The VMS board oversees VMS operations and supports its employees. Meetings are open to members of the other governing boards when not in closed session, during which personnel matters are on the agenda.

Respective boards will interview and appoint a candidate to serve on the VMS board:
- Third Mutual Appointment to VMS Board Special Open Meeting, Friday, December 1, at 10:30 a.m. in the Community Center board room
- GRF Appointment to VMS Board Special Open Meeting, Monday, December 4, at 9:30 a.m. in the Community Center board room
- United Mutual Appointment to VMS Board Special Open Meeting, Monday, December 4, at 2 p.m. in the Community Center board room
