VMS Board Appointment Update
By Monday, December 4, in the afternoon, representatives from GRF, United Mutual and Third Mutual will have been appointed to serve on the VMS board. There is one opening for each housing mutual and one for GRF. Term expiration dates are in 2026.
The VMS board oversees VMS operations and supports its employees. Meetings are open to members of the other governing boards when not in closed session, during which personnel matters are on the agenda.
At the Third Mutual special open meeting this morning at 10:30 a.m. in the Community Center board room, candidate Mary Seto was appointed to represent Third on the VMS board.
GRF and United boards will interview and appoint a candidate to serve on the VMS board:
- GRF Appointment to VMS Board Special Open Meeting, Monday, December 4, at 9:30 a.m. in the Community Center board room
- United Mutual Appointment to VMS Board Special Open Meeting, Monday, December 4, at 2 p.m. in the Community Center board room
Candidates elected to the VMS board take office at the VMS Board Annual/Organizational Meeting on Wednesday, December 20, at 9:30 a.m.
