The United Laguna Woods Mutual Board of Directors cordially invites United members and residents to its next monthly town hall on Friday, June 9, at 2 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center/Clubhouse 3. The topic to be discussed is property insurance coverage for United Mutual.
United is working with a respected insurance specialist to begin the search for best pricing and coverage for its properties in preparation of the renewal of the contract that expires in October 2023. Insurance costs are escalating due to the many challenges faced due to fires, hurricanes and other issues. The guest speaker will provide a 45-minute Zoom presentation on factors we must be aware of in our search for coverage.
The Performing Arts Center/Clubhouse 3 is located at 23822 Avenida Sevilla.
