2023 Annual Reservation Lottery
Don’t miss out on the first chance to reserve 2023 dates at Village facilities for anniversaries, birthdays, family reunions, holiday celebrations, special club events and more.
Pick up lottery cards in the Recreation office or email a reservation request to recreation@vmsinc.org. Return completed lottery cards/requests to the Recreation office by 5 p.m. Friday, July 15. Participants will be notified of secured reservations by September 1.
Lottery Info and Venue Availability
- One event per card/request
- Limit of four cards/requests per club/manor
- Clubhouse 1, Monday - Sunday, 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Clubhouse 2, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Clubhouse 5, Monday - Saturday, 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Village Greens, Monday - Sunday, 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Performing Arts Center, Clubhouses 6 and 7 currently closed for reservations
Please include the following when requesting your 2023 reservation: Resident name and address, club/organization (if applicable), phone number, resident ID, event type, number of attendees, preferred room, event date and time (including prep and cleanup).
