Safe Meds Disposal
The National Prescription Drug Take Back Day by the U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of medications.
Village Residents can bring unwanted, unused and expired prescription medications for disposal tomorrow, Saturday, October 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Laguna Woods City Hall at 24264 El Toro Road. No sharps, marijuana, liquids or pressure canisters, please. For more information, call 714-647-4133.
