ETWD Issues Fall Newsletter
The El Toro Water District (ETWD) recognizes that Laguna Woods Village residents have been good stewards of water. Even though Orange County is not currently part of the drought emergency declaration, we asking all customers to participate in Governor Newsom’s request that all Californians voluntary reduce water usage by 15%.
