Answering the Call

COVID-19 or no, VMS staff answer a significant volume of calls for gate clearance, Resident Services, Security Dispatch, Broadband Services and more—all in an ongoing effort to listen and respond to the needs of residents. In fact, so far in 2021, just four groups within VMS have received more than 310,000 calls! So, rest assured, VMS is working hard to receive and address your feedback. 

Calls by the numbers:

  • Gate Clearance: 147,228
  • Resident Services: 93,678
  • Security Dispatch: 24,841
  • Broadband Services: 21,840
  • Year-to-date calls total for the above four groups: 310,262
