Third Seeks to Fill Vacancy
Candidate applications are being accepted to fill one vacancy on the Third Laguna Hills Mutual Boards of Directors with a term expiring at the 2021 annual election.
Interested members may obtain an application and instructions on the appointment process at the Office of the CEO in the Community Center from Corporate Secretary Cheryl Silva (cheryl.silva@vmsinc.org; 949-268-2383) or Assistant Corporate Secretary Grant Schultz (grant.schultz@vmsinc.org; 949-268-2295).
Completed applications and candidate statements are due to Ms. Silva or Mr. Schultz no later than Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at 5 p.m. The Third Board special open meeting to fill the vacancy by appointment will be held on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, at 2 p.m.
