Sawdust Art Festival Opens Today!
For nine weeks during the summer—July 2 to September 5—Sawdust Art Festival in Laguna Canyon draws more than 200,000 visitors. Guests are invited to shop along sawdust-covered paths in a quaint, hand-built village of fine art and eclectic craftsmanship.
A nonprofit organization dedicated to educating the public and promoting art created by local artisans in Laguna Beach, the festival celebrates and supports the work of its hometown artists.
A variety of different art mediums are on display at Sawdust including:

- Jewelry
- Mixed Media
- Painting
- Photography
- Print Making
- Sculpture
- Woodwork
Sawdust Art Festival, open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, is located approximately one mile from Laguna Beach’s Main Beach at 935 Laguna Canyon Road, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. For a map and directions, click here. Advance ticket purchase available but tickets are sold on site at the box office. Veterans receive free admission. Metered parking is located in front of the festival grounds on Frontage Road and along Laguna Canyon Road. Additional parking lots are located near downtown Laguna, such as Lot 10 located at 725 Laguna Canyon Road. Free trolley service runs every day. Handicap parking is available in front of festival grounds and the festival is handicap accessible. Complimentary wheelchairs are available. Reserve a chair ahead of time by calling 949-494-3030.
